Trainer Therapy Policy

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website, social media, or by contacting us directly.

  • Payment is required on collection unless agreed otherwise.

  • Prices start from £15 and may increase depending on the trainer’s condition, material, or requested services.

Turnaround Time

  • Most orders are completed within 2-6 working days.

  • During busy periods, turnaround times may be longer. Customers will be kept informed of any delays.

Before You Book

  • Please remove all personal belongings from your trainers before dropping them off.

  • We recommend taking photos of your trainers before handing them over for your own records.

Cleaning Results

  • We always aim to achieve the best possible results using safe, professional cleaning methods.

  • While we work to restore every pair, we cannot guarantee that all stains, discolouration, yellowing, or damage can be completely removed.

  • Some wear and ageing may be permanent.

Damage & Liability

  • Trainers with existing damage, weak glue, worn materials, or previous repairs are cleaned at the customer’s own risk.

  • Although every pair is treated with care, Trainer Therapy cannot be held responsible for issues caused by pre-existing wear or manufacturing defects that may become apparent during the cleaning process.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible (at least 2 days in advance would be fine).

  • Once work has started, cancellations and refunds may not be possible.

Collection

  • Customers will be contacted once their trainers are ready for collection.

  • Trainers should be collected within 30 days unless another arrangement has been made.

Privacy

  • Your personal information will only be used to manage your booking and communicate with you.

  • We will never sell or share your information with third parties without your permission.

Photography

  • We may take before-and-after photographs of your trainers to showcase our work on our website and social media.

  • If you would prefer your trainers not to be featured, simply let us know before your cleaning begins.
