If there is any conflict between these Website Terms and our Booking & Service Terms in relation to a cleaning or restoration service, the Booking & Service Terms will apply to that service.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. ABOUT TRAINER THERAPY
Trainer Therapy provides professional trainer and footwear cleaning, care and restoration services.
You can contact us through the contact page on our website or through our usual business communication channels.
Any legally required business information will be displayed elsewhere on our website where applicable.
3. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
* misuse or interfere with the operation or security of the website;
* attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server or any connected systems;
* introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
* use the website fraudulently or unlawfully;

5. OUR SERVICES
Trainer Therapy provides cleaning, care and restoration services for trainers and other footwear.
The services available may change from time to time.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking or particular treatment where reasonably necessary, including where we believe the condition, construction or material of the footwear creates an unacceptable risk of damage or where the requested service is not suitable.

6. BOOKINGS
Bookings may be made using the booking methods made available by Trainer Therapy from time to time.
Submitting a booking request does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the booking.
A booking is subject to availability and acceptance by Trainer Therapy.
When making a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information.
You must also disclose any relevant information concerning the footwear where requested, including known damage, previous repairs, restoration, repainting or customisation.
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a contract with Trainer Therapy. If you are under 18, the booking must be made or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.
7. PRICES
Prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices displayed on the website may be starting prices or estimates where the final price depends upon the condition, material or treatment required.
Additional charges may apply where footwear requires additional cleaning, specialist treatment or additional services.
Where an additional charge becomes necessary after inspection, we will obtain your agreement before carrying out additional chargeable work.
We may change our prices from time to time. Any change will not affect a service already agreed at a confirmed price unless additional work is subsequently agreed with you.
8. PAYMENT
The payment methods currently accepted by Trainer Therapy will be communicated when booking or displayed on our website.
Payment may be required before or upon collection, delivery or return of the footwear, depending on the arrangement agreed for the booking.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are made using accurate payment information and by any agreed payment deadline.
9. SERVICE RESULTS
Trainer Therapy will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.
However, because footwear differs considerably in age, condition, construction and material, we cannot guarantee any particular cleaning or restoration result unless expressly agreed otherwise.
In particular, we cannot guarantee:
* complete stain removal;
* complete removal of odours;
* complete reversal of yellowing or oxidisation;
* removal of permanent discolouration;
* restoration of damaged materials; or
* restoration of footwear to an “as new” condition.

10. TURNAROUND TIMES
Any turnaround time stated on our website or provided when booking is an estimate unless we expressly confirm that a particular completion date is guaranteed.
Turnaround times may be affected by the condition of the footwear, treatment required, drying times, workload and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays.
11. DELIVERY, POSTAGE & COLLECTION
Where postal, courier, delivery or collection services are offered, the applicable arrangements will be confirmed when booking.
Customers sending footwear to Trainer Therapy are responsible for packaging it appropriately and securely.
We recommend using an appropriately insured and trackable delivery service, particularly for valuable footwear.
Trainer Therapy is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused solely by an independent postal or courier provider where this is outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law makes Trainer Therapy responsible for the delivery arrangements.
Where Trainer Therapy arranges the return of footwear to a consumer, nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies the customer may have under applicable consumer law.
12. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & COMPLAINTS
Cancellation and refund rights will depend on the circumstances of the booking, including whether work has already begun and whether any statutory cancellation rights apply.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any cancellation, refund, repeat-performance, price-reduction or other rights available to consumers under applicable law.
If you believe there is an issue with a service provided by Trainer Therapy, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving or collecting your footwear.
We may ask you to provide photographs and further information and to give Trainer Therapy a reasonable opportunity to inspect the footwear and investigate the issue.

13. USER CONTENT, REVIEWS & COMMENTS
Where our website allows customers or visitors to submit reviews, comments, photographs or other content, you must not submit content that:

* is knowingly false or misleading;
* unlawfully discloses another person’s personal information;
